Administrative Assistant
Full-Time and/or Part-Time availability
Responsible for performing various secretarial duties and administrative services for the Chief Executive Officer and senior management. Attends the monthly board of directors meeting and records all board proceedings.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages the office area of the CEO, serving as administrator, secretary, and receptionist.
- Responsible for the physical flow of paperwork within the executive department, including filing, handling, and dispersing incoming and outgoing mail, updating records, and compiling reports.
- Takes minutes at Board of Directors and Executive Committee Meetings and all official meetings as needed.
- Screens telephone calls and visitors.
- Orders and replenishes office and breakroom supplies as needed.
Education and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Strong working knowledge of PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive bank information.
