Accounting Generalist

Position Summary

A multifaceted position that is responsible for various banking functions managed by the Bank’s Accounting Department. Responsibilities include accounts payable processing and 1099 reporting, GL account and application reconcilements, cash position reports, setup and support of the Bank’s treasury management products, and setup and support of the Bank’s investment sweep and IntraFI products. 

Essential Job Functions

• Prepares various GL account and application reconciliations.
• Oversees Accounts Payable functions, including year-end 1099 processing.
• Setup, support and transactions processing of the Bank’s Treasury Management product line: ACH Origination, Commercial Capture, Positive Pay.
• Setup, support and daily transaction processing of the Bank’s investment sweep and IntraFI products. 

Education and Experience

• General understanding of accounting principles.
• 2 years’ experience supporting Treasury Management business products. 
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
